A fun and indulgent twist on classic hot dogs, featuring juicy sausages tucked into garlic butter bread and topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 hot dog buns or small baguettes
- 4 halal beef or chicken hot dogs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional toppings: ketchup, mustard, or chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and garlic powder.
- Brush the inside of the buns or bread with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place hot dogs in the buns.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and add optional toppings if desired.
- Serve warm.
