Description

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are soft, buttery bite-sized treats made from flaky biscuit dough, baked until golden, then coated in melted butter and a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, dessert, or an easy snack, they’re delicious served warm with a vanilla glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional Vanilla Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
  3. Arrange the biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  5. While the bites bake, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  6. Stir the vanilla extract into the melted butter.
  7. Immediately after baking, dip each biscuit bite into the melted butter.
  8. Toss the butter-coated bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  9. For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuit bites or serve it on the side for dipping.
  11. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Coat the biscuit bites while they are still warm so the cinnamon sugar adheres well.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice for extra warmth.
  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes as an alternative to baking.
  • Serve with caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, or cream cheese dip.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat before serving.
