Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender cubes of steak seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, creating a quick and flavorful dish perfect for dinner or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for about 2 minutes without stirring.
  4. Flip the steak bites and cook for another 1–2 minutes until browned on all sides.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
  6. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure the steak sears properly.
  • Use ribeye or tenderloin for extra tenderness.
  • Cook steak bites in batches if necessary.
