Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender cubes of steak seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, creating a quick and flavorful dish perfect for dinner or appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for about 2 minutes without stirring.
- Flip the steak bites and cook for another 1–2 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure the steak sears properly.
- Use ribeye or tenderloin for extra tenderness.
- Cook steak bites in batches if necessary.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
