Ingredients
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup lemon syrup or diluted lemonade
- 200g ladyfinger biscuits
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Lemon slices or zest (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until light and creamy.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into lemon syrup or lemonade.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers into serving cups.
- Add a layer of lemon cream mixture.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices or zest.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
