Ingredients

  • 200g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup lemon syrup or diluted lemonade
  • 200g ladyfinger biscuits
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Lemon slices or zest (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until light and creamy.
  5. Quickly dip ladyfingers into lemon syrup or lemonade.
  6. Layer dipped ladyfingers into serving cups.
  7. Add a layer of lemon cream mixture.
  8. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  9. Top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices or zest.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
