Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips turkey bacon or beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place cubed chicken in the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour ranch dressing evenly over the chicken.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Sprinkle cooked turkey bacon pieces over the cheese.
