Description

Loaded Chicken Caesar Flatbread Melt is a crispy, cheesy flatbread packed with seasoned chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and fresh romaine lettuce. This quick and satisfying meal combines the flavors of a classic Caesar salad with the comfort of a hot flatbread melt.


Ingredients

  • 2 prepared flatbreads or naan breads
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • Optional: crushed croutons for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  4. In a bowl, combine chicken, garlic powder, black pepper, and half of the Caesar dressing.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Scatter cherry tomatoes over the top.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crisp.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
  10. Toss romaine lettuce with the remaining Caesar dressing.
  11. Top the hot flatbreads with the dressed romaine.
  12. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, parsley, and crushed croutons if desired.
  13. Slice and serve immediately.
