Description

A light and creamy mango cheesecake mousse made with fresh mango puree, cream cheese, and whipped cream. This no-bake dessert is smooth, fruity, and perfectly refreshing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
  • 200 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits (optional)
  • Fresh mango cubes for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the mango puree and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  6. Spoon crushed graham crackers into the bottom of serving glasses if using.
  7. Pipe or spoon the mango cheesecake mousse over the crumbs.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh mango cubes before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
  • For a stronger cheesecake taste, add a little more cream cheese.
  • Chill the bowl and whisk before whipping the cream for better results.
  • You can layer the mousse with extra mango puree for a layered dessert look.
