Description
A light and creamy mango cheesecake mousse made with fresh mango puree, cream cheese, and whipped cream. This no-bake dessert is smooth, fruity, and perfectly refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits (optional)
- Fresh mango cubes for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the mango puree and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spoon crushed graham crackers into the bottom of serving glasses if using.
- Pipe or spoon the mango cheesecake mousse over the crumbs.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mango cubes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
- For a stronger cheesecake taste, add a little more cream cheese.
- Chill the bowl and whisk before whipping the cream for better results.
- You can layer the mousse with extra mango puree for a layered dessert look.
- This dessert can be prepared several hours ahead and kept refrigerated.
