Ingredients

  • 6 glazed donuts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • For the Maple Drizzle:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and maple extract if using. Mix until creamy.
  3. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  5. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread half of the donut pieces into the bottom of a 9×9-inch serving dish.
  7. Spread half of the maple cream mixture over the donuts.
  8. Repeat with the remaining donuts and cream mixture.
  9. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  10. Whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk to create the drizzle.
  11. Drizzle over the top of the dessert.
  12. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
