- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes, cooking until tomatoes begin to soften and burst.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss gently. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Tear the burrata cheese over the hot pasta and gently stir until partially melted and creamy.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Burrata melts best when added just before serving.
- Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
- You can substitute mozzarella if burrata is unavailable.
- Serve immediately while the cheese is creamy and warm.
- Add spinach or arugula for extra greens.
