Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed vanilla sandwich cookies

- 1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or cookies for topping
- White chocolate curls for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla sandwich cookies and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water and chill until slightly thickened but not set.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and orange zest.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Gradually whisk the slightly thickened orange gelatin into the pudding mixture.
- Spread the orange pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the top.
- Garnish with white chocolate curls if desired.
