Description

A creamy and irresistible Oreo icebox cake layered with whipped cream and chocolate sandwich cookies—an easy no-bake dessert that becomes soft and cake-like after chilling.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional for softer layers)
  • Chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue whipping until fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold cream cheese gently into the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of cream mixture into the bottom of a dish.
  6. Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies over the cream.
  7. Spread more cream mixture over the cookies.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish with crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

  • Chilling overnight gives the best soft cake-like texture.
  • Dip Oreos briefly in milk for extra softness if desired.
  • Use chocolate whipped cream for a richer variation.
  • Serve cold straight from the fridge.
  • Store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
