Ingredients
- 2 packs Oreo cookies
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk (optional for softer layers)
- Chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue whipping until fluffy.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold cream cheese gently into the whipped cream mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of cream mixture into the bottom of a dish.
- Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies over the cream.
- Spread more cream mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings before serving.
