  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or macadamia nuts (optional)
  • Pineapple chunks for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
