Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, nut butter, maple syrup, and milk until a dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Press a portion of the dough into the bottom of serving cups to form the base.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough base.
- Top with extra cookie dough pieces or chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
