Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Melt white chocolate gently and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream gently into the white chocolate mixture.
- In a small saucepan, heat raspberries, raspberry jam, and lemon juice for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Let raspberry mixture cool completely.
- Add cookie crumbs to serving cups if using.
