Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract, red food coloring, cocoa powder, and vinegar.
- Fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until light and fluffy.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.
- Chill for 20-30 minutes before slicing into squares.
