No-bake strawberry cheesecake cups layered with a creamy filling and a sweet, crunchy strawberry topping for an easy and delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed golden cookies or vanilla wafers
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberry-flavored cookies or cereal (for crunch topping)
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling over the crust layer.
- In a small bowl, mix diced strawberries with strawberry jam.
- Add a layer of the strawberry mixture on top of the cheesecake.
- Sprinkle crushed strawberry cookies or cereal for the crunch topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
