Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cutlets

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
- Whisk in honey and cinnamon until combined.
- Add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream and dried parsley.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
