Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly until smooth.
- Divide dough into 4 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a thin flat circle.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove and keep warm.
