Ingredients
- 2 packages (14 oz total) ladyfinger cookies or graham crackers
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur substitute or additional coffee (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cookie butter spread
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine cooled coffee and coffee liqueur substitute if using.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold the pudding into the cookie butter mixture.
- Spread half of the filling over the cookie layer.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and the remaining filling.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Dust evenly with cocoa powder.
- Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

- Overnight chilling provides the best texture and flavor.
- Mascarpone cheese can replace cream cheese for a more traditional tiramisu taste.
