Tiramisu Cookie Butter Lasagna is a decadent no-bake layered dessert that combines the flavors of classic tiramisu with creamy cookie butter. Layers of coffee-soaked cookies, cookie butter cheesecake filling, whipped topping, and cocoa powder create an irresistible treat perfect for holidays, potlucks, and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages (14 oz total) ladyfinger cookies or graham crackers
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur substitute or additional coffee (optional)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cookie butter spread
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine cooled coffee and coffee liqueur substitute if using.
  2. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  5. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  7. Fold the pudding into the cookie butter mixture.
  8. Spread half of the filling over the cookie layer.
  9. Repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and the remaining filling.
  10. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  11. Dust evenly with cocoa powder.
  12. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies over the top.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

  • Do not soak the cookies too long or they may become soggy.
  • Overnight chilling provides the best texture and flavor.
  • Mascarpone cheese can replace cream cheese for a more traditional tiramisu taste.
