Description
A quick and flavorful naan pizza topped with juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce, inspired by Mediterranean flavors and perfect for a light meal or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Lightly brush the naan with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Add the cooked chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and dried oregano over the pizzas.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the naan edges are crisp.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced cucumber and additional tzatziki drizzle.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or dill, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
- Add olives or roasted red peppers for extra Mediterranean flavor.
- For a crispier base, pre-bake the naan for 2 minutes before adding toppings.
- This recipe also works well in an air fryer at 375°F for about 5–6 minutes.
