Description

A quick and flavorful naan pizza topped with juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce, inspired by Mediterranean flavors and perfect for a light meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place naan breads on a baking sheet.
  2. Lightly brush the naan with olive oil.
  3. Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Add the cooked chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  6. Sprinkle feta cheese and dried oregano over the pizzas.
  7. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the naan edges are crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with diced cucumber and additional tzatziki drizzle.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley or dill, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
  • Add olives or roasted red peppers for extra Mediterranean flavor.
  • For a crispier base, pre-bake the naan for 2 minutes before adding toppings.
  • This recipe also works well in an air fryer at 375°F for about 5–6 minutes.
