Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish.
  3. Refrigerate the crust for 15 minutes.
