Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 6 Oreo cookies, chopped (for filling)


Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan or cups to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Stir in chopped Oreos.
  6. Spoon the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
